A robe on its hook stays private until the owner returns. These are the details we hold on the hook, and why.

What hangs on the hook

• Your email, a hash of your password, your first name, birthday, gender, and the extras you hang on your tag.
• Your visits, and the notes a host writes so she can remember you.
• Two cookies: one for the session, one that says you took the key.
• Payments leave an amount and a reference. We never see a bank card.
• Server logs, short-lived, retained for security.

What it is for

The hook exists for three jobs: the chat, the etiquette, and the baths staying open. Our own software, or one provider tied to that job, processes messages, and automated checks read them for safety. Your visits are not sold, and advertisers see none of it.

Counting guests

One analytics counter tallies arrivals and their routes. It sees nothing inside a visit.

Your controls

Inside the chat's menu, a host's notes on you can be edited, the visit can be copied out, or the whole thing can be started over. To empty the locker completely, send a note from the email on your tag to the footer address. If the rules where you live promise more, say so and we follow them.
